Presets knob for playhead control

Presets dont do anything in seq could use the knob to move around the seq with no need for knob1. That way we can always move the play head and keep our hand on the left side.

Thanks for the suggestion. In 1.0.4 the PRESETS knob moves the step cursor on the SEQ pages (STEP, the drum grid, PATTERN, CHANCE and AUTOMATION), the same as KNOB 1 on STEP, so you can step through a pattern with it.
