Community pipelines mirror broken #8850

Describe the bug
When using a custom pipline with StableDiffusionXLPipeline.from_pretrained, the function fails due to a 404.
Upon further investigation, https://huggingface.co/datasets/diffusers/community-pipelines-mirror/resolve/main/v0.29.2/lpw_stable_diffusion_xl.py does not exist, but https://huggingface.co/datasets/diffusers/community-pipelines-mirror/resolve/main/v0.29.1/lpw_stable_diffusion_xl.py does
