In preparation for #229
Currently, we have separate targets for
NormalizerTests,PostProcessorTest, andPreTokenizerTests. Each of these contain a single file that tests functionality defined in theTokenizertarget. So it seems like it'd be a better to consolidate these intoTokenizerTests.
