Unified list_items() with composable filters

New Keeper.list_items() replaces three separate listing methods with a single API that takes composable, AND'd filters:

• prefix — ID prefix filter (e.g. .tag/act)
• tags — key=value tag filters
• tag_keys — key-only tag filters (any value)
• since / until — date range
• order_by — sort by updated or accessed

keep list .tag                        # prefix filter
keep list -t act=commitment           # tag filter
keep list -t project=keep --since P7D # combined filters
keep list                             # recent (unchanged)

Python API

kp.list_items(prefix=".tag/act", tags={"status": "open"}, since="P7D")

Other changes

• list_recent() and query_tag() preserved as thin wrappers for backwards compat
• LangChain store simplified to use list_items()
• Docs: clarify OpenClaw integration wording
