What's new

Adds a planner statistics precompute system that maintains fanout, selectivity, and facet cardinality priors for continuation discriminators.

New features

  • PlannerStatsStore — separate planner_stats.db with incremental updates via outbox triggers on document/edge mutations
  • get_planner_priors() — returns minimal {fanout, selectivity, cardinality} shape with staleness metadata
  • rebuild_planner_stats() — full rebuild from canonical data
  • Outbox-driven incremental updates — SQLite triggers on doc/edge insert/update/delete feed bounded drain loop in daemon tick
  • Background rebuild task — automatically enqueued on first init when stats have never been built

Schema

  • Document store schema v11 → v12 (planner outbox table + triggers, auto-migrated)
