For this, you can set the start and end as 0 and 24 along with the parameters of interest in your intervals specification passed to PKNCAdata. It would look something like: The doses used for calculations will be the sum of all doses during the interval. |

Hi
I would like to ask for guidance on how to calculate the pk parameters such as Cmax, Cmin,....AUC... for lets say i have sampling for a ID from 0 - 24 hours but i gave does at perhaps at 0,2,8 hours. My pk parameters of interest are for 0-24 hours. How do i set the data in the PKNCAdose.
Have anyone encountered these kind of situation please advice
