Updated pcoul options (markdown)
pcoul options: the calibrate2 branch's options The calibrate2 branch documented its options in the README, but those changes were dropped when it was rebased over the README rewrite, so they move here. Each is marked as existing only in calibrate2 builds: -k, -K, -ka, -ja1, -ja2 and the cost table under the shape of the search; -ap and the rc annotation under batches; -dT and -dv under debugging.
