Drag to reorder cards

As it is right now, it is incredibly tedious to manually press up or down, one by one, step by step until you reach the place you want to put the card in, this is a huge issue if you have sets with more 100 cards as it takes a while just to get one card up the list.

This issue is even more exacerbated by the fact that whenever you click the add new card button at the top, the program still appends it to the bottom, making it so that if you want to place a new card at the top, you'd have to manually press up more than a hundred times

This is definitely something that will be added. Additionally, I'll make it so that you can type in what specific place you want the card to be if you don't want to drag it all the way there.
