Add automated publishing workflow

Similar to gatsby-source-graphcms we should configure automated publishing.

Hi @notrab, is there anything we can do to help out here? Landing both #19 and #21 would be awesome but I see maintaining all the packages in the org can be very cumbersome, hence tooling for release etc. are great.

Please feel free to submit any PRs to this repo. As long as any work done is generic, and agnostic to any implementations, it should be a fairly easy merge.

As for automated tooling, we'd need something similar to https://github.com/GraphCMS/gatsby-source-graphcms/blob/master/.github/workflows/release.yml for this repo to help here.

I'll need to check internally who has the NPM package permissions, and get it moved over to a scoped package.

Edit: I'd probably go ahead and rename this to @graphcms/react-image too, wdyt?
