This reverts commit f9b7ac0.
Virtual row groups are needed to avoid decoding unneeded rows in case of big parquet files with only one row group. Reverting to virtual row groups means we favor low memory usage, while we will do more network requests (the same row group will be fetched again and again, but only the relevant rows will be decoded)
