Highlights:
- Flutter asset hot updates: pack copies APK-bundled asset variants into
  patch.zip; the runtime overlays them at install time via a patched
  FlutterJNI AssetManager so Image.asset / rootBundle.load see the new
  bytes on the next cold start.
- Unified pack output: dist/patch.zip + dist/manifest.json regardless of
  --assets. A Dart-only patch.zip omits the inner assets block.
  Bare-.so patches from 0.1.0-0.1.2 still install via a quiet legacy
  runtime path.
- --assets accepts inline keys, @file indirection (one path per line,
  # for comments), and inline + @file mixed in a single flag.
- Doc rewrite: lead with pubspec.yaml + --assets as the only mental
  model; clarify install-phase work vs cold-start load; fix the
  atomic-install description; soften font wording; tighten
  can/cannot-be-patched.
