- adds `CONTRIBUTING.md` to let everyone know how they they can partipicate in the project - adds pull request and issue templates to make reporting bugs and submitting PRs easier and more consistent - adds a debug script (e.g. `./scripts/debug`) that outputs some basic information about their environment (go version and glide version so far)
