Tokens Module to Manage Multiple Tokens

FireFly-UI should have an interface that allows the user to track fungible and non-fungible tokens; using the back-end implementation found here.

The first iteration of the interface should support:

• A dashboard that displays an overview of tokens, transfers, and transactions of all tokens on the namespace
• A "Tokens" page that displays the tokens on the namespace, broken up by token type
• An "Accounts" page that shows accounts, balances, and their statuses
• A "Transfers" page that shows all token transactions in the namespace
