ah, well it allowed me to recreate the problem on my laptop at least:

Looks like just-the-docs isn't in the theme list: https://pages.github.com/themes/

We took this one because we were taking guidance from Hyperledger, as to what Fabric had done before

Looks like we just need remote-theme and a plugin to support remote themes to Jekyll. Fixing
