fix(stdlib): math.affine typecheck + borrow (#135 slice 12)

Two stdlib bugs: to_float did n + 0.0 (ill-typed Int+Float — use the float builtin); 8 loop accumulators (gcd/is_prime/fibonacci/binomial) reassigned without let mut. math.affine now compiles resolve→typecheck→borrow. stdlib 13/19, suite 233/233, zero regression. Refs #128
