Ground-truth audit (2026-05-18) of hypatia vs. intended design found: (1) neural organs wired but UNFED — nothing triggers Coordinator.force_cycle / Persistence.load_all (root cause of token/scattergun cost); (2) store is local flat files, not a private verisimdb via snif (snif boundary is pure aspiration; freestanding-wasm cannot reach verisimdb — architectural gap); (3) cicd-hyper-a name pervasive (513 occ/88 files), ArangoDB framed as persistence though ditched; (4) no UML 2.3/MOF/TOGAF — only stale Mermaid.
