Sync Packages with Registry.toml at main 991a5b7 (37 -> 41)
The page had drifted since #47 (2026-07-02) removed five packages, and it
missed the nine Marid packages registered by #109. Every row now matches
the latest version the registry serves, checked name by name against
Registry.toml and Versions.toml on main 991a5b7.
- Remove Hyperpolymath, Lithoglyph, MacroPower, MinixSDK, ProvenCrypto
(not registered since #47).
- Add the nine Marid Tier-1 packages (#109, ADR 0003).
- InvestigativeJournalist -> InvestigativeJournalism 0.1.1, and the ten
re-minted packages at their new versions (#107, ADR 0002), with a note
for users who pinned an old UUID.
- Correct eight other stale versions (BowtieRisk, Cliodynamics,
Cliometrics, Exnovation, HackenbushGames, KnotTheory,
PolyglotFormalisms, Skein).
- Drop the cross-reference to the retired ECOSYSTEM.a2ml.
- Home: 41 packages. Registry-Usage: the compat example pinned ZeroProb
0.1.0, which is no longer served; it now pins 0.1.1.
