Goal

Port idaptik/idaptik-dlc-iky/ (52 .ts files) — DLC module with its own VM and instruction core. Largest single target. Pure-logic.

Scope

Likely needs 2-4 batched PRs (VM core / instruction set / runtime harness / tests). Cannot reasonably ship as single PR.

Acceptance

• Sub-issue per batch
• AS-Deno test runner integration verified
• All idaptik tests pass post-port
