Replace hypothetical ballot statuses (legislature, qualifying, certified) with actual schema values (expectedOnBallot, accepted, rejected).
The test was using statuses that don't exist in the BallotQuestionStatus type yet. This aligns the test with the current schema.
All tests pass.
