hyprctl keyword source doesn't apply layer rules

After the window rule syntax update on 0.53.0, loading a config file that contains layerrule declarations won't load those rules when sourcing with hyprctl keyword source.

Also, if it's explicitly loaded in XDG_CONFIG_DIR/hypr/hyprland.conf, rules work as expected.

But shouldn't they be loaded? Even when opening the same layer again after the rule creation, no effects are applied...
Isn't it also possible to apply layer rules via hyprctl?

Hi! You've edited windowrule to layerrule in your post. Does this mean that windowrule works for you now?

Yep, I misunderstood what was happening, then I renamed it, so now it reports what's actually happening ;)
