Scrolling layout with cyclenext event

I noticed that, in scrolling layout, the cyclenext event is not right.

bind = $mainMod, mouse_down, cyclenext 
bind = $mainMod, mouse_up, cyclenext, prev

I think cyclenext is supposed to cycle to the next window but in scrolling layout case, it's doing the opposite, cyclenext is cycling to previous window and the prev is going next.

Another weird behavior that I noticed is, when you're adding a new window between 2 windows, cyclenext will interpret this window as last window.
So for example in the case there are 5 windows open, and we add a window between the first and second, after you cycle the window on the far write (or left depending on the layout direction), it will cycle to the second instead of the first.

If you add multiple windows in between, cyclenext becomes a nightmare event to cycle with in scrolling layout.
