External monitor remains in Hyprland after unplugging

Description

When I plug in an external monitor, everything works correctly.

After unplugging the monitor:

• I can still navigate/move focus to the disconnected monitor/workspace
• hyprctl monitors still shows the disconnected monitor
• The monitor appears to stay logically active even though it is physically disconnected

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Hyprland
2. Plug in an external monitor
3. Use it normally
4. Unplug the monitor
5. Run:

hyprctl monitors

6. Try switching workspaces/focus

Expected behavior

The disconnected monitor should be removed automatically and workspaces reassigned to an active monitor.

Actual behavior

The disconnected monitor remains listed and focus/workspaces can still move to it.

Hyprland 0.54.3 built from branch v0.54.3 at commit 521ece463c4a9d3d128670688a34756805a4328f clean (version: bump to 0.54.3).
