Border color(s) top, left,right,bottom

I'd like to see the ability to be able to assign a few more params to the borders such as top ,left,right and bottom.
Is that doable?

For example I have quite a few monitors and assign colored borders to different types of windows, work, servers, personal

I'd like to be able to assign a single top border color for different windows etc.

Or Maybe glow could incorporate this?
