Motion Blur/Wobble + Xray Flickering

What's the bug?

Combining motion blur/wobble with xray causes flicker due to xray being ignored.
That's at least my guess, because moving a window over a darker one makes the blur darker(as if xray was off), and moving it over just the background gives good looking results.
I should also mention that this happens on the special workspace too, windows from the ws below mess the xray up.
Just to be clear, special workspace issue only occurs with mb/wobble, not otherwise.

Reproduction steps

1. Enable Motion Blur or Wobble
2. Enable Blur and Xray
3. Move a blurred window over another window

I looked at the issue before posting, and I'd have to disagree.
The issue seen in #15734 happens regardless of windows being behind the one being moved, and causes all the decorations to behave weirdly.
The issue I am experiencing is specific to xray blur.

That user has blur + xray as well, and shows "flickering" in the vid.

Issues seem related, but you saw the other report and made the distinction here 👍🏻

Worth testing commit 64962f8 to see if there's any improvement in your case.
