hl.dsp.reload_config() attempt to call a nil value

What's the bug?

Wanted to add a config reload keybind. According to wiki hl.dsp.reload_config() is supposed to do that. I checked both v0.56.0 and git latest wiki versions and both list this dispatcher.

Reproduction steps

1. Add hl.bind(mainMod .. " + SHIFT + R", function() hl.dispatch(hl.dsp.reload_config()) end) to config.
2. Press the keybind

Sure, but most people will not run latest git but a tagged release. If someone else can confirm this not working on the last tagged release then a fix should probably be backported since it's described in the wiki as a feature so it should be working. Or remove it from the wiki for the v0.56.0 release and re-add it in the next release where it probably will work since it works for you in -git.

no one can touch tagged versions, only vax has access to those, and i bet 10 kilos of nothing he wont do that (unless for some reason he really wants to upset me( )

and backport is a strong word here, i'd expect to 057 drop before any fixes are backported
