Call for maintainers: shellevents

@trippwill is no longer actively using Hyprland, so he will no longer be maintaining shellevents.

If anyone wants to take up maintainership for it, let me know.

I don't use shellevents, but looking at it, I'd like to do something about it.

What exactly does this do?

In short it does event handling in response to what Hyprland sends on socket2. https://github.com/hyprwm/contrib/tree/main/shellevents

I see. The Bash there could use some love :)

I'd submit a PR if I manage to get some time. Then we'll see at being a maintainer.
