Want to know how did you convert customtailwind to custom css

Actually, i like the design of admin panel cause it used daisy-ui and i am adapting this design in one of my project. My question is -- inside build-style there is custom_tailwind which contains

.select2-selection__rendered {
    @apply flex w-full h-auto flex-wrap !important;

}

in above code there is !important tag with @apply which raise issue while converting tailwind to corresponding style ,
npx @tailwindcss/cli -i input.css -o output.css

How did you convert this file to corresponding css style?
