Bump browser requirements

Currently, CSS nesting are flatten by Vite. This can be changed by changing the CSS target value.

Waiting for iOS 19 update. (iOS 18 was released on September 16, 2024)

By default, the production bundle assumes a modern browser that is included in the Baseline Widely Available targets. The default browser support range is:
