Based on #193 and i4ds/STIX-FSW#1027 we need to fix the RCR reported in the spectrogram data. One plan is to use the QL LC data and triggers to update the RCR statedf an other would use raw or compressed pixel data but we are not guaranteed to always have this so first option is probably preferred.
