Gesture switches (OSD toggle, cam switching, Inflight menu etc)

Current Behavior

OSD switching and inflight adjustments use 3 precious channels where they are limited for planes.

At the moment:

Basic Control = 4 ch
Arming = 1 ch
Modes = 1-2 ch
Camera switch = 1 ch
OSD switch = 1 ch
Pan & tilt = 2 ch
In-flight Adjustments = 2 ch

On crossfire this maxes out your channels

Desired Behavior

Other FC's (like vector)
The mode channels is tied to modes, inflight menu and OSD screens ( 3 in 1)

With inav it would be awesome to have assignable gesture switches, to kill two birds with one stone for switching between things like the OSD screens & Cam switch for example ( with freely assignable gestures basically)

Single tap for Cam switch, double tap for OSD change, triple tap for OSD menu etc..

This could lead to having an inflight menu for inflight adjustments, again saving 2 more channels.

Allows more simple setup without the need for wasted channels.
