docs(excel): add Sheet section to xlsx set help Add excel-sheet-set.md covering sheet-level properties (name, freeze, zoom, tabColor, protect, password, orientation, paperSize, printArea, fitToPage, header, footer), sort/sortHeader, autofilter range, and range-level merge. The xlsx set help page was previously missing its Sheet section while xlsx get and xlsx add both had one, making sort/freeze/zoom/tabcolor/protect discoverable only by reading source.
