v4.17.10: opt-in Join/Leave Messages, Glow+TAB fix, namecolor_legacy placeholder - Join/Leave Messages: document the new opt-in-only behavior (no vanilla fallback, no default text - complete silence unless equipped) and that delivery bypasses bukkit.broadcast.user. - Glows: document that the PacketEvents hook no longer takes over the player's TAB team (badge/prefix stay intact while glowing) and that colour changes now apply instantly, not just on reconnect. - Placeholders Reference: add %celestial_namecolor_legacy%, explain why the overhead nametag needs it instead of the full-hex placeholder, and update the TAB groups.yml example to include tagprefix correctly. - Troubleshooting & FAQ: new entries for the nametag colour limitation and the join/leave silence behavior, refreshed the glow/TAB entry.
