* Changed some file type to connector-type mappings in 'imodel populate' command. Documented the autodetection behavior * Increased test timeouts. Disabled non-functional 'state' flag in 'imodel list' command. * Removed unsupported connector types from connectorType enum. Removed AVEVAPID connector-type from 'imodel connection create' command. Updated connector-types in 'imodel connection sourcefile update' command to match other commands. * Updated documentation. * Updated 'imodel populate' connector type autodetection to support double extensions. Updated file extension -> connector-type mappings in 'imodel populate' command. * Fixed 'imodel populate' command failing when no connector-type flags are provided. Updated an error message in 'imodel populate' command. Wrote an integration test for 'imodel populate' connector type autodetection. * Updated 'imodel populate' command description
