Scheduling

OlDelivery uses real-world time in the timezone configured under timezone. The default is Europe/Istanbul.

Open the schedule editor

1. Open administration.
2. Open Delivery Management.
3. Shift + left-click a task.
4. Select the Schedule category at the top.

Start times

Add one or more times in 24-hour HH:mm format, for example:

09:30
18:00
22:15

A task may start multiple times on an enabled day. Use the clear-times action to remove its schedule.

Weekday calendar

Open Delivery Calendar from the Schedule category. Green days are active and gray days are inactive. Click a day to toggle it. When no explicit day list exists, all weekdays are treated as active.

Duration

Use the duration controls for quick adjustments or enter an exact minute value through chat input.

Announcements

announce-before-minutes defines how early upcoming tasks are announced. The default values are 10, 5, and 1 minute.

Timezone changes

Change the timezone from general settings. Use a valid Java timezone identifier such as Europe/Istanbul, Europe/London, or America/New_York.

After changing time-related settings, verify the next task using test mode.
