A small reliability release for first-run setup.

  • Clearer Screen Recording setup. When Hindsight is opened from outside your Applications folder — where macOS runs it from a temporary, locked-down copy — setup now tells you to move Hindsight to Applications and reopen it, which is the only way the Screen Recording permission will stick. Previously it pointed you at the “+” button, which can’t take effect in that case.
  • Sturdier packaging. The disk image is now signed unambiguously, and the diagnostics behind the Screen Recording grant were tightened so first-run setup issues are easier to trace.

No feature changes — everything in 1.0.0 is unchanged. Requires macOS 14.2 or later, Apple Silicon.
