A reliability release for meeting recording — especially your first one after installing.

• Meetings wait for the speech model. If you start recording before the on-device speech model has finished its one-time setup, Hindsight now shows “Preparing speech model…” and begins once it’s ready — instead of recording a meeting that comes back with an empty transcript.
• A more responsive Mac while recording. Day Journal capture pauses for the duration of a meeting, so screen capture and live transcription no longer compete for the Neural Engine. It resumes automatically when the meeting ends.

Requires macOS 14.2 or later, Apple Silicon.
