Minor release to v1.0.4

What's Changed

  • Synchronization for low_concern database rna update which adds several additional low concern rna entries. IMPORTANT: The default name for the low concern database files is changed from benign to low_concern. This is now expected by the default yaml, and is also the case of the latest database versions 1.1.0, we highly recommend running commec setup to download the latest commec screen databases for biorisk and low concern steps.
  • Biorisk now uses improved E-Value Filtering to account for the lengths of hit profiles.
  • Calculation of non-coding regions now correctly accounts for a big where in some instances, overlapping protein taxonomy hits were affecting the coordinate values. This results in fewer required blastn searches.
  • Yaml base paths (that aren't the default) now correctly propagated to the rest of the yaml file.
  • Low Concern Bugfixes
