Update phpDocumentor from 3.5.0 to 3.5.3. It avoids to have empty namespaces like
Ibexa/Contracts/Core/Container/Encore(this namespace contains only one internal class which is therefore excluded from the reference). On newIbexa/Contracts/Core, there is noContainernamespace as it was only containingEncore, so both are considered empty and not displayed anymore.Fix
