What do you think needs to be updated?
That page starts listing parameters within a stage ("image to "dind"), and then suddenly transitions to listing stages ("setup" to "dynamic-scan") without mentioning that these are now stages. The transition from stage parameters to stages should be made explicit on the page.
Second, the set of stages differs from the set of stages mentioned in the "Pipeline"/"Stage" table on https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/devsecops?topic=devsecops-cd-devsecops-pipelines-custom-customize
Third, the set of parameters within a stage seems to be imcomplete, at least when comparing it with the set of parameters on https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/devsecops?topic=devsecops-cd-devsecops-pipelines-custom-customize. At least it should be mentioned that the list is incomplete and where to find the complete list.
