z/OS license issue with license location set to N/A

Hi team, I am struggling with db2 z/OS connection issue. I have already checked the version of the license plus driver and both are the same 11.5 as needed. License has been copied under .../ibm_db/installer/clidriver/license folder with 755 permissions. After running the test script testODBCConnection.sh will be shown output:

Interesting is above mentioned License location, where the value is set to N/A. Thanks for help.

@lukas12691 Please share the complete output of testODBCConnection.sh script. The result of db2cli validate command gives more info about the issue but you pasted only the last few lines. Thanks.

@lukas12691 Thanks for sharing the full output. Now, check you have copied the license file under /Users/test/Desktop/app/node_modules/ibm_db/installer/clidriver/license directory only and license file has the correct permission set. Share output of ls -l /Users/test/Desktop/app/node_modules/ibm_db/installer/clidriver/license. Open license file in an editor and remove the first empty line from it if it has and save it. Then rerun testODBCConnection.sh to verify it. If still fails, email all generated 1.* files along with license file to bjha@rocketsoftware.com for investigation. Thanks.

@lukas12691 The problem is with your license file. The file you copied from windows system as it is in binary mode to MacOS. So, it kept the line end character of windows and hence clidriver have issue in parsing the contents of license file. The line termination character in license file should be LF.
I opened your license file in notepad++ and selected View->Show Symbol->Show All Characters. We can see it has CRLF at the end of each line as below:

Line end character should be LF and not CRLF. If I copy the content from editor on window and just paste on macos in vi editor and save the file, it works. You can use the attached license file with correct line ending. It works for me. Your license file is of 956 bytes but valid license file should of 917 bytes only.
