fix(version): bump panel package.json 0.1.0 -> 0.1.2

The UI version badge reads __APP_VERSION__, injected from package.json at
build time (vite define). The version field was never bumped on the v0.1.1
/ v0.1.2 releases, so the panel logo / login / dashboard all showed v0.1.0.
Bump frontend (drives the UI) + backend to 0.1.2.
