`Code`, `Register`, `MemorySize` all need extension methods so we need to add code to the java files. The generate has been updated to only update one part of those files.
Used by both the `Decoder` and the `Encoder` so have to put it in the `internal` package.
- Added `[gs]etRawOpMask()`, used by `Decoder` and `Encoder` - Fix `Debug.Assert` to include ZeroBytesHandler that was added a while ago
- Mask `byte` with `0xFF` - Call `getCode()` instead of `getOpCode()`
