Help with Workflow

Hi @icereed, thanks for creating this! I am working to get this set up, but noticed that there is no way to tag a document automatically when the "paperless-gpt-auto" completes (unless I am missing it?). The reason I ask is that I am trying to figure out a workflow to incorporate OCR and GPT tagging in auto mode once a file has been imported into NDX. At the end, it would have a tag such as "AI Processed" still with the "inbox" tag so that I can review before removing the inbox tag.

Am I thinking about this the right way? I have not added the deletion step in yet, but would entertain it if that is best practice once I can confirm everything works.

Workflow:

1. Import document where NDX adds "inbox" tag.
2. Workflow 1: Trigger: Document Added > Action: Assign Tag: "paperless-gpt-ocr-auto"
3. Workflow 2: Trigger: Document Updated with Tag "paperless-gpt-ocr-complete" > Action: Assign tag "paperless-gpt-auto"

I then get stuck here. Once #3 is completed, it will drop the gpt-auto tag and not have any new tag signifying that its been processed. So I am not sure where to go from here.

I got stuck here as well. The way I ended up fixing it was in Step 3 I added two tags. One tag for 'paperless-gpt-auto' to trigger auto tags, created date and title for me (I don't use correspondent). And another tag for my internal processing 'AI-PROCESSED'.

Paperless-GPT will remove the 'paperless-gpt-auto' tag when it is finished and the 'AI-PROCESSED' tag will remain. this is how I know that my documents have been completed. I really wish there was a 'paperless-gpt-auto-processed' tag that Paperless-GPT would add, but this is my way around it. The only issue is that I may not know if Paperless-GPT fouled up somewhere on the auto-tagging EXCEPT that I could end up with a document that has both the 'paperless-gpt-auto' and 'AI-PROCESSED' tag... In that case, I would know that Paperless-GPT messed up and didn't remove the 'paperless-gpt-auto' tag.

Hope this helps. Seems to be working fine for me. I also have a 'ToDo' and 'paperless-gpt-ocr-auto' tag that are Inbox tags. I still want to be able to make sure that I sanity check anything GPT does.
