Styled Chat Incompatibility

Expected behavior

Styled chat should work as expected and override the chat changes

Observed/actual behavior

Chat messages result in an error

Steps/models to reproduce

Use styled chat and the factions mod then send a chat message

Other

Occurs when casting the message into the sent message type. Should check for styled chat before casting

For some reason using styled chat still doesn't work in the development environment but works in production
