Short cuts/toolbar actions do not always work in non-WPF view contents

a) HexEditor:

• Toolbar’ undo does work;
• Ctlr + Z does not work;
• ToolBar’ Copy/Cut/Paste does not work;
• Cltr + C and Cltr + X and Ctrl + V does work;

b) XmlEditor (only for released SD 4.2 in 4.2.1 from branch I can’t
reproduce):

• ToolBar’ Copy/Cut/Paste does work;
• Cltr + C and Cltr + X and Ctrl + V does not work;

Putting this on the plate for SD5 beta 2 as it sounds like an annoying bug we should be able to fix. Or maybe already have fixed (I didn't try reproducing it).
