can not pop-up window

My TI Toolbox version is 2.3.1, running on Windows 11. Everything works normally, yet no pop-up window appears.

If it is your first time launching the toolbox it may take a few minutes. If it is not, then it should be a few seconds.

2. How did you configure Docker?
3. Can you look at the Docker GUI and make sure that you have both FreeSurfer and SimNIBS images pulled?

3、FreeSurfer and SimNIBS appear in Docker containers, auto-pulled by TI-TOOLBOX. Below are the page details.
