During the Pre-processing stage, I used a T1w.nii.gz file and enabled Run FreeSurfer recon-all, Create SimNIBS m2m folder, and Run Tissue Analyzer. Although the process completed, the Optimizer step failed with an error stating that the .msh file was not found.

Hi @Arge-July,

Please make sure that your CHARM step completed successfully. You can view the .log or .html files in the report/logging under 'derivatives/report/' or 'derivatives/logging/'.

It could be the it did not finish and therefore the mesh file is missing.
