Problem: - Commands didn't explicitly state they fix ONE item only - Could be interpreted as fixing multiple debt items - Need to be crystal clear about scope Solution: - Added prominent warnings in both commands - Emphasized targeting .items[0] ONLY - Added scope section explaining what to fix/ignore - Added verification step to confirm targeting top item - Added principle: "Stay focused - fix ONE item at a time" Changes to /prodigy-debtmap-plan: - Added CRITICAL note: "fixes ONE item at a time" - Added Scope section: * What to fix: .items[0] ONLY * What NOT to fix: .items[1], .items[2], etc. * Ignore other debt items encountered - Added Step 2: Verify targeting ONLY top item - Emphasized "THIS ONE ITEM" throughout Changes to /prodigy-debtmap-implement: - Added CRITICAL note: "implements ONE specific debt item" - Added verification: confirm plan targets ONE item - Added principle #1: "Fix ONLY the target item" - Added principle #7: "Stay focused - ignore other issues" Why This Matters: - Prevents scope creep during implementation - Ensures validation measures correct item - Each workflow run = one measurable improvement - Matches how we successfully did Phases 1-4 - Clear, focused, incremental progress The workflow is designed for iterative improvement: Run 1: Fix #1 item Run 2: Fix new #1 item (was #2) Run 3: Fix new #1 item (was #3) etc.
