Add changelog entries for: - v2.0.0: Optional Rust backend with 4-8x speedups for SyntheticDiD, parallel bootstrap, and OLS operations. Includes HAS_RUST_BACKEND flag and DIFF_DIFF_BACKEND environment variable configuration. - v2.0.1: Shared within-transformation utilities (demean_by_group, within_transform), DataFrame fragmentation fix, reverted untested Rust optimizations.
