fix(simap): improve the delete msgs for simulation

it's not exactly a bug, but we can improve the simulation to call the delete message with success: #1731 (review)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

scaffold a chain and run de simulation, checks the deleted messages

Based on simulation changes to come in the SDK, need to rework implementation. Closing as stale.
